The Senior Treasury Analyst will support the company’s treasury and trade finance activities with a focus on cash management, working capital support, letters of credit, bank guarantees, foreign exchange exposure, financial analysis, and project-based treasury initiatives. This role will partner closely with the Trade Finance Manager and cross-functional teams to support commercial projects, improve treasury processes, and provide accurate analysis that enables sound financial and operational decisions.


Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Support daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, liquidity analysis, banking activity, and short-term cash forecasting.

• Assist with trade finance activities and platform management, including letters of credit, bank guarantees, surety bonds, documentary collections, and related compliance documentation.

• Partner with project management, sales, finance, legal, and operations teams to evaluate project cash flows, payment terms, risk exposures, and trade finance requirements.

• Prepare treasury reporting, variance analysis, cash flow updates, and ad hoc financial analysis for management review.

• Support banking administration, including account maintenance, bank documentation, user access coordination, and internal control requirements.

• Assist with foreign exchange tracking, hedge support, and analysis of currency impacts on project and business unit results.

• Lead or contribute to treasury process improvement projects, system enhancements, reporting automation, and standardization initiatives.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure treasury activities comply with company policies, internal controls, and banking requirements.

• AD Hoc projects as required.

Required Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field required.

• Three to five years of experience in treasury, finance, trade finance, banking, corporate finance, or financial analysis.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and communicate findings clearly.

• Demonstrated project experience supporting cross-functional initiatives, process improvements, system implementations, or commercial project finance activities.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with cash forecasting, banking platforms, letters of credit, guarantees, or project-based financial analysis preferred.

• Experience with ERP systems, treasury management systems, banking portals, or reporting tools preferred.• CTP certification preferred.


Travel Requirements:

• Limited travel may be required to support business needs, banking relationships, project meetings, or internal finance initiatives.

• Valid driver's license.


ADA Requirements:

Work Environment: This position will be located in the Addison, TX office. This is not a fully remote role. To be successful, the role requires frequent interaction with Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain/Supplier Management, and Corporate Finance/Treasury teams. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams and will be flexible in working hours when needed to support projects and stakeholders across multiple time zones (Americas, Europe, and Asia).
