The Role
Reporting to VP Operations and based in our Chandler, Arizona headquarters, the Sr Test Technician will be responsible for Product setup on the ATE, scheduling and probe card management. Including Facilities Management and ATE Management.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Product Setup – Setting up products on ATE for both wafer sort and package test.
- Product Scheduling/Tracking – Entering product in spreadsheet (Lot# and Device) Probe card and tester selection.
- Probe Card Management and ATE management, including calibrations and repair.
- Support Facilities Management – Compressed Dry Air (CDA), Vacuum, Chilled water, Nitrogen, DI water. Take daily readings and schedule Quarterly Maintenance. I perform DI water maintenance.
- ATE Calibration and Maintenance – Calibrate Testers every 6 months (Spec). Repair Tester when it fails diagnostic and /or Calibration
- ATE Spares Management – Inventory of spare tester boards.
- Manage Prober Maintenance and PM’s – Schedule TEL to come in.
- General Maintenance – of the lab and the equipment.
- Support shipping and receiving.
Qualifications & competencies
- GED or associate degree preferred; proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in team environment.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized approach to performing and reviewing work.
