Job description:

In your new role, you will:

  • Manage manufacturing and/or production operations including assembly, machinery, processing, and/or packaging.
  • Set production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand and to ensure maximum production quantity and quality
  • Manufacture electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical systems, parts, or components corresponding to the specifications. Series as well as prototypes or single production.
  • Debug and troubleshoot failed electronic components, assemblies, and systems using test equipment and schematics.
  • Compile and maintain test-related documentation including test plans, procedures, results, and reports
  • Work within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods
  • Work with a moderate degree of supervision
  • Guide new team members and/or apprentice, trainee

Your Profile:

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • 3 to 5 years experience
  • Work within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods
  • Work with a moderate degree of supervision
  • Guide new team members and/or apprentice, trainee
  • Relevant completed vocational/professional training of at least 3 years,

    and: additional subject-specific experience (1-3 years) , or additional subject-specific qualification

  • Total knowledge and skills can also be acquired in other ways
  • Working experience in a manufacturing environment

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:

Minimum of $49,840.00 salary per year

Maximum of $74,760.00 salary per year#LI-CW1In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
