You will play a pivotal role in advancing the Honeywell Forge platform, delivering frictionless building connectivity, Agentic AI-driven autonomous building capabilities, and innovative solutions across HVAC, Energy Management, Data Centres, and Utilities verticals.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute engineering strategy aligned with business goals, product roadmaps, and ARR growth objectives.
- Lead development of enterprise SaaS platforms using .NET Core, C#, React JS, Python, Kubernetes, GKE, Redis, NATS, Neo4j, PostgreSQL, Time-Series Databases, and Data Lake technologies.
- Drive the evolution of the Honeywell Forge Connectivity Platform by simplifying and automating building onboarding, eliminating deployment friction, and accelerating customer time-to-value.
- Lead adoption of Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph) and Digital Twin technologies (NVIDIA Omniverse) to enable autonomous building operations.
- Develop intelligent agents that automate monitoring, diagnostics, energy optimization, maintenance, and operational workflows.
- Drive commercial success through successful deployment of AI-powered solutions that improve customer adoption, retention, and expansion revenue.
- Build scalable MLOps, AI, and data platforms supporting next-generation smart building applications.
- Lead cloud-native architecture, platform engineering, DevOps, cybersecurity, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Partner with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to translate customer needs into market-leading solutions.
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering leaders and global engineering teams.
