Job DescriptionRF Optimization Engineers will be working on all Sprint Networks including LTE, 2.5, 1.9, and 800.
100% in Office
Must have 8+ years of Optimization and Post Processing Data experience
Must be client facing and good communication and able to communicate with Vendors and clients on standards and best practices on the project in a lead role.
Must have LTE Optimization Experience with Post Processing.
Need to have experience owning Optimization sites.
Work on best practices that can be shared between vendors as well as to work with the markets on rolling out those best practices and/ or ideas that come up within that team.
Qualifications8+ years Optimization Experience, CDMA/LTE. Ericsson OSS experience a plus.
