ABOUT THE ROLE

The Sr. Program Manager role at Amplify Consulting Partners involves pivotal participation in a range of activities with a focus on delivering exceptional program management services in support of Human Resources and various organizational projects. The role includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Crafting and communicating detailed project timelines, plans, and strategies.
  • Monitoring and managing project budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Organizing and leading weekly status meetings, driving agenda, managing escalation, and delivering status reports to stakeholders.
  • Providing support to leadership in program management practices, suggesting improvements to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
  • Spearheading sensitive, large-scale IT projects by applying expert agile practices and fostering a meticulous and diplomatic leadership approach.
  • Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to align on program priorities and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) execution.
  • Bridging technical and business teams to ensure coherent decision-making and smooth production support processes.
  • Ensuring the delivery of comprehensive project documentation with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Excelling in communication to swiftly address technical issues and facilitate resource allocation for resolutions.
  • Driving project assignments and ensuring efficient utilization of cross-functional resources to maintain project alignment.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 5 years of program management experience with a proven track record in leading complex programs.
  • Workday experience is a must
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the capability to navigate cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities, adept at engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically, translating broad strategies into specific objectives and action plans.
  • Experience in change management, risk management, and organizational development.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

SALARY AND BENEFIT HIGHLIGHTS

We consider a variety of factors when making compensation decisions. We share this to ensure transparency and set expectations for those considering opportunities with us.

The beginning salary range for this role is $80,000 - $124,000.

As you excel at Amplify, there is potential for salary increases and promotions. If you were to remain in this role, there is earning potential for this level of $150,000.
