Job Description

This role is part of the Business Intelligence Center of Excellence (COE), a global team that leverages advanced analytics capabilities to enable the achievement of Global Supply Chain (GSC) objectives.

This role will provide technical expertise across supply chain analytics, planning, and global logistics for manufacturing sites, affiliates, hubs, regions, and zones. Candidate requires a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes combined with advanced analytical skills like statistical modelling, AI/ML and data engineering concepts.

This role will lead and deliver high-impact projects that enhance operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making across the global supply chain. Responsibilities include driving cross-functional collaboration, managing stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks, and effectively communicating project status, milestones, and key deliverables.

This role also contributes to supply chain transformation initiatives including NexGen programs and works closely with GSC teams to streamline operations through analytics and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced analytical expertise to Global Supply Chain (GSC) stakeholders, with a strong focus on optimizing processes, systems, and tools used to manage products across complex supply networks.

  • Design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards that enable real-time visibility into key supply chain KPIs, including inventory health, service levels, and logistics performance across global operations.

  • Translate complex and high-volume supply chain data into clear, actionable insights, empowering stakeholders to make faster, data-driven decisions.

  • Enhance and modernize reporting solutions by improving data accuracy, usability, and self-service capabilities — reducing manual effort while increasing stakeholder confidence and adoption.

  • Lead root-cause analysis and resolution of issues within reporting and analytics solutions to ensure reliability, continuity, and accuracy of business-critical insights.

  • Build and operationalize scalable ETL pipelines and robust semantic data models that integrate data across ERP, planning, and logistics systems.

  • Support and contribute to strategic data initiatives, including EWM, TMS and Enterprise Data Lake (EDB), ensuring standardized, clean, and well-governed data flows across platforms.

  • Identify and implement automation opportunities for recurring and ad hoc data processes using tools such as Power Automate, Python, and SQL, reducing cycle time and manual dependencies.

  • Act as the primary technical advisor to GSC stakeholders, providing guidance on supply chain systems, analytics tools, and end-to-end product flow management.

  • Collaborate with global planners, operations teams, and IT partners to deliver cross-functional analytics initiatives with measurable business impact.

  • Proactively identify gaps in data, processes, and tools, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance across supply networks.

  • Develop optimization models and scenario-planning solutions to support strategic decision-making across affiliates, distribution networks, and manufacturing sites.

Basic Qualifications
