Position : Sr. IT Support Analyst (End User Informatics)

PREREQUISITES:
- Seeking an individual who possess solid experience in Personal Computing Technology Engineering and Design to assist with the Americas scope in close relationship with International Personal Computing Technology team.
- Strong relationship with the End-User Informatics, IT Support, IT Security, IT Application, ITGDS as well as the rest of the ITGOS Technology team is key for this position
Responsibilities:
All coordination activities listed below are to be performed in liaison with all members of the ITGOS group both in New Jersey, Switzerland and India.
- Coordination (internal to Client and using 3rd party resource) on the design, implementation, update, major changes on all Personal Computing Technology (PCT) including (but not limited to) smartphones, tablets, workstations, client software, data encryption & data loss prevention.
- Verify that all Client PCT are designed, engineered and deployed in accordance to Client SOP’s, standards and other compliance guidance from FDA, SOX and other applicable regulation.
- Support and ensure that the adequate technical knowledge is made available to the End-User Informatics for project deployment and IT support readiness activities.
- Assist in new technologies in the Personal Computing area.
- Verify that reported problems, issues, systems failure etc … are resolved as soon as possible (within existing / agreed SLA) to minimize the impact on the operation and communicate clearly issues and resolutions.
- Develop productive relationships with all IT team members.
- Documentation skills necessary to create requirements, assist with business and technical designs.
- Self-discipline to manage oneself and self-motivation to take leadership responsibility.
- Support & Contribute to the design, establishment and co-ordinate with Summit/Boudry any required testing of the Corporate Disaster Recovery plan, in the PCT area.
- Assist with technical and clerical assignments attached to all ongoing PCT projects,
- Work with project managers on global projects with a focus on technical design, risk assessment, costs, timing and benefits.
- Additional duties as directed.
Skills Required
- Solid experience in Personal Computing Technology engineering and design
- Experience with smartphones, tablets, workstations and client software
- Knowledge of data encryption and data loss prevention (DLP) technologies
- Familiarity with compliance requirements and SOPs including FDA and SOX
- Experience coordinating with international IT teams and third-party vendors
- Documentation skills to create requirements and assist with business and technical designs
- Ability to support and coordinate disaster recovery testing for PCT
- Strong communication and relationship-building with End-User Informatics and IT teams
- Self-discipline and self-motivation to take leadership responsibility
