Qualifications
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Construction/Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification
- 6+ years of experience in project/program management
- At least 4 years managing IT and/or facilities implementations
- Strong understanding of IT systems (SDLC, infrastructure) and facilities operations (buildouts, space planning, physical infrastructure, vendor management)
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft Project) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Working knowledge of facilities, building codes, safety standards, and contractor/vendor management
