We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to lead the architecture, governance, modernization, and operational excellence of Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, Enterprise Search, Copilot Studio, Intranet solutions, and Azure-based services.

The successful candidate will provide strategic technical leadership, define enterprise architecture standards, drive governance and compliance initiatives, lead modernization and migration programs, and oversee L3 support for business-critical platforms. This role requires deep expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Azure services, and enterprise-scale solution architecture.

  • Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards, patterns, and best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership across multiple delivery and support teams.
  • Lead solution reviews and architecture governance boards.
  • Drive enterprise digital transformation initiatives using Microsoft technologies.
  • Evaluate Microsoft roadmap updates and manage feature rollouts, deprecations, and platform changes.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, IAM, Data Governance, and Business stakeholders on strategic initiatives.  
Qualifications

Required Experience 

  • 12+ years of overall IT experience. 
  • 8+ years in SharePoint, Power Platform and Microsoft 365 technologies. 
  • 5+ years in enterprise architecture roles. 
  • Proven experience architecting large-scale Microsoft 365 solutions. 
  • Experience supporting regulated, highly secure environments. 
  • Experience leading global teams and enterprise transformation initiatives. 
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert 
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert 
  • Microsoft Certified: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer 
  • SharePoint Online Architect certification (preferred) 
  • TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification 
  • ITIL Foundation / Intermediate certification

Skills Required

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture delivering scalable and secure solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, security, and data management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as TOGAF or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
  • Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Passion for staying current with emerging industry trends and best practices.
