KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and lead a team of IT architects and senior planners, providing mentorship and guidance in developing and maintaining technology architecture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute high-level IT architecture strategies aligned with business objectives
- Shape planning and implementation of technology solutions meeting scalability, security, and compliance standards
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the IT architecture planning department
- Drive budget management for the IT architecture planning department

YOU MUST HAVE
