Responsibilities:
- Responsible for transforming business information into logical/physical data models esp for CRM/ Customer 360 Environment
- Develop and document conceptual logical data model and document business vocabulary for the base and semantic layers.
- Collaborate on developing/document modeling standards, processes and best practices.
- Adhere to the standards and provide recommendations for changes
Required:
- 8+ years of IT expericne in Data analysis and modeling
- Experience using Data Modeling tools such As Erwin
- Experience in working and creating 3rd Normal Forms ( ODS) and Dimensional models ( OLAP)
- Skilled in authoring technical documentation and performing reviews, design, data manipulation, and creative problem solving
- Strong experience in CRM systems ( esp in SFDC , Customer MDM , Eloqua, CPQ )
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Must have excellent client-facing skills; solid teamwork and interpersonal skills; strong ability to work independently when appropriate
- Interacts and/or negotiates effectively with external and/or internal customers at all levels
- Experience in large data warehouse implementations is a must
- Experience in Netezza or Oracle is a plus
- Strong experience in using SQL
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Education:
- MS/BS degree in a computer science field or related discipline
