Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Customer Solution Consultant with 8+ years of experience in software development, AI solutions, and AWS cloud technologies to lead the successful delivery of enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of software, cloud, and AI projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive solution architecture discussions and work closely with engineering teams to define implementation approaches.
- Manage Agile delivery, including sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, resource planning, and release management.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams comprising Engineering, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, Data, and AI teams.
- Lead the implementation of AI-powered solutions, including LLMs, RAG, semantic search, AI agents, and intelligent automation.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and communicate status to customers and leadership.
- Oversee cloud-native application delivery on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, performance, reliability, and cost optimization.
- Prepare technical proposals, solution estimates, Statements of Work (SoW), project roadmaps, and architecture documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement by adopting engineering best practices, DevOps, AI innovations, and modern software delivery processes.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in technical delivery, software engineering, or project delivery.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Microservices, REST APIs, Software Architecture, and Solution Design.
- Experience delivering AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, including LLMs, RAG, Vector Search, AI Agents, and intelligent automation.
- Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud services and cloud-native architecture.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Git, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CDK).
- Excellent stakeholder management, technical consulting, communication, estimation, and problem-solving skills.
