What You’ll Do
The Sr. Legal Analyst reports to the Deputy General Counsel and provides independent day-to-day support to the business through contract process management, legal department administration, team OKR tracking and reporting, and liaising with internal clients.
The Day to Day
- Build and maintain trusting and productive working relationships
- Proactive and transparent matter management and communication
- Contract process management, including intake, populating templates, liaising with internal stakeholders, request tracking, and facilitating signatures
- Maintain and update contract management system, including contract records, periodic quality control, routine reporting, and user updates
- Execute on e-signature requests, including intake, tracking, and facilitating signatures
- Support attorneys with special projects or matter management, as requested
- Support legal operations, including OKR tracking and law firm vendor management
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience as a Legal Analyst or similar role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Collaborative, detail oriented, and adaptable
- Competence in supporting a contracting function or other forms of legal writing
- Competence in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
- Ability to function both independently and as a part of a team
- Prior experience in health care
- Location in Colorado is required with time both in-office and remote
Annual Salary Range: $74,000.00-$90,000.00
