- Collect building amenities and other details from websites or directly from landlords, ensuring all data is up to date.
- Maintain accuracy while processing 8-10 buildings daily, approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour per building.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop for resizing images and removing watermarks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently.
- Experience working with data entry systems or scraping public data sources.
- Ability to source information independently, using public sites like LoopNet.
- Interest in commercial real estate.
- Awareness of legal restrictions (e.g., not using CoStar images).
- Previous experience in commercial real estate data entry is a plus.
