Spécialiste Cloud & Virtualisation (VMware, Proxmox, Azure)
Dans le cadre de la modernisation de nos infrastructures TI et de notre adoption accrue du cloud, nous recherchons un(e) Spécialiste Cloud & Virtualisation.
Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion, l’évolution et l’optimisation d’environnements hybrides combinant infrastructures on-premise (VMware / Proxmox) et solutions cloud Microsoft Azure.
Ce poste s’adresse à une personne passionnée par les technologies, orientée solutions, et à l’aise dans des environnements multi-projets et multi-clients.
Responsabilités
Virtualisation & Infrastructure
- Administrer et optimiser des environnements de virtualisation (VMware, Proxmox, Hyper-V, Nutanix)
- Gérer les plateformes VMware : vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, NSX, Promox
- Concevoir des solutions hautement disponibles et résilientes
- Effectuer les mises à jour, migrations et optimisations de performance
- Gérer les solutions de sauvegarde et de reprise (Proxmox, Zerto, Commvault, Veeam, Azure Backup, etc.)
- Assurer la surveillance, le diagnostic et la résolution d’incidents
- Gérer les ressources : VMs, stockage, réseau, sécurité
- Optimiser la performance, les coûts et la sécurité du cloud
Architecture & Innovation
- Concevoir des architectures modernes cloud hybride
- Réaliser audits, recommandations et plans d’amélioration
- Documenter les solutions, standards et bonnes pratiques
- Automatiser les tâches via PowerShell, scripts
Support & collaboration
- Fournir un support technique niveau 2 / 3
- Agir comme expert technique auprès des équipes et des clients
- Participer aux activités de prévente et aux propositions techniques
- Accompagner l’adoption des nouvelles technologies
Profil recherché
- 10+ années d’expérience en administration système / virtualisation
- Expérience avancée avec VMware/Proxmox
- Expérience avec une plateforme alternative (Proxmox, Hyper-V, Nutanix – atout)
- Expérience en environnements hybrides (on-prem + cloud)
- Expérience dans des environnements multi-projets et multi-clients (MSP)
- Virtualisation : VMware (vSphere, vSAN, NSX), Proxmox, Nutanix
- Hyper-V

Skills Required
- 10+ years experience in system administration and virtualization
- Advanced experience with VMware and Proxmox (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, NSX)
- Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Zerto, Commvault, Azure Backup)
- Experience in hybrid environments (on-premises + cloud)
- Experience in multi-project, multi-client / MSP environments
- Design cloud-hybrid architectures, perform audits and produce recommendations
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support and act as technical expert for teams/clients
- Automate tasks using PowerShell and scripting
- Experience with Hyper-V (preferred)
- Experience with Nutanix (preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services (VM, Storage, Networking, AVD, App Services) (preferred)
- Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory (preferred)
- Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VPN, segmentation, firewalls (preferred)
- Familiarity with Azure CLI and Terraform (preferred)
- Familiarity with security concepts: MFA, identity management, Zero Trust (preferred)
- VMware VCP or higher, Nutanix certifications (preferred)
