What you'll do
- Bridge Roe’s AI-powered data platform with real customer problems in risk and compliance (no prior finance background required).
- Design and deliver tailored solutions for sophisticated customers, including Fortune 500 companies.
- Operate as one team: collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering, and directly influence product direction with customer feedback.
- Create solution documentation, demo assets, and technical materials that scale customer success.

Must Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in a solutions engineering, pre-sales engineering, or similar client-facing technical role is beneficial but not strictly required. We welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds who can demonstrate the necessary skills and aptitude.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly in natural language processing and unstructured data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
