We’re hiring a Solutions Architect to join our team. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product, acting as the technical escalation point for our go-to-market organization. You’ll work behind the scenes with GTM to monitor customer environments, detect gaps, and proactively resolve them -ensuring that customers achieve continuous value with MIND’s platform.
Responsibility- Lead all POVs and customer deployments, serving as the escalation point for Sales Engineers and Customer Success on complex technical challenges.
- Monitor customer environments to detect integration gaps, configuration issues, and adoption blockers.
- Partner with Sales Engineers on pre-sales validation and smooth handoffs into post-sales.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to fix technical challenges, accelerate adoption, and reinforce value.
- Feed structured insights from customers back to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities.
- Build internal playbooks, troubleshooting guides, and automation tools to scale GTM operations.
- Stay informed about data security threats, compliance requirements, and competitive solutions to deliver expert guidance to customers.
- 5+ years in enterprise technical roles such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Security Engineering.
- Strong background in SaaS security, data protection, or enterprise IT environments.
- Hands-on experience with deployment, integration, and troubleshooting of complex technical platforms.
- Ability to translate technical detail into business outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and fixing issues.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across GTM, Product, and Engineering.
