The roleAs a Solutions Architect you work with our clients and development teams to deliver innovative solutions in an agile environment. You guide projects from start to finish and act as the bridge between our clients and our developers. That way you shape both our clients' projects and our own company.
AI is part of your work. You design solutions that use AI services, help clients decide where AI adds value, and use AI tools in your own design work. We offer flexibility and freedom in return for passion and commitment.
What you will do- Lead the design and delivery of distributed solutions for our clients
- Work closely with clients and development teams to deliver software and services
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and become a trusted partner
- Design solutions that use AI services, and help clients decide where AI adds value
- Design complex systems and write technical documentation
- Stay hands-on enough to prove your designs work
- Teach, coach and motivate team members, and share knowledge inside and outside the company
- Introduce new technologies, design patterns and processes where they add value
- 8+ years of experience as a solutions architect, with a background in software development
- Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, Google Cloud or Azure), or the drive to become hands-on quickly
- Familiarity with Continuous Delivery and agile methods
- The ability to identify and solve problems and work with minimal guidance
- An open mind and curiosity about new technologies
- You use AI tools in your daily work, or you are keen to learn how they make you and your team better
- You speak and write English and Dutch fluently, and you live in the Netherlands
- Experience in the Media industry
- A salary of €5,000 – €8,000 per month, based on your experience
- Training and certification in AI, cloud technology and Agile
- Hybrid working, with our office in Veldhoven as home base
- Self-organising teams that work on Agile principles

Skills Required
- +8 years of experience as a solutions architect with knowledge of software development
