  • You build and maintain client relationships, understanding their requirements and contributing to successful solution delivery—from first workshop to go-live.

  • You conduct in-depth analysis—translating business data, market processes, and technical constraints into actionable insights and solution recommendations.

  • You support project delivery, ensuring deliverables are on track, risks are flagged early, and quality standards are met across agile delivery cycles.

  • You work closely with cross-functional teams—business analysts, developers, data engineers, and infrastructure specialists—to ensure seamless project execution.

  • You contribute to proposals and client engagements, helping shape RFP responses, architecture reviews, and innovation workshops.

Your Profile

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

  • You have 4+ years of relevant IT experience, with at least 1+ year in a consulting or advisory role, ideally in the Energy & Utilities sector (DSO, TSO, energy retailer, or meter operator).

  • You have a solid understanding of consulting methodologies, project delivery, and industry trends in the energy domain.

  • You are familiar with technologies such as Microsoft Azure, SAP, MECOMS/Dynamics, or platforms like Siemens EnergyIP, ATRIAS, or Synergrid, or you are eager to develop deep expertise in these.

  • You are a continuous learner, motivated to stay ahead of industry developments and grow your technical and advisory capabilities.

  • You possess strong analytical and communication skills, comfortable presenting to both technical teams and business stakeholders.

  • Fluent in English, Dutch, or French with willingness to work across Belgium's multilingual energy market.

  • Relevant certifications such as TOGAF Foundation, Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Certified Scrum Master / SAFe, or Prince2 Foundation

What's in it for you?

  • Work alongside highly qualified consulting and architecture teams on some of Belgium's most strategically important energy infrastructure programmes—and grow into a senior advisory role.

  • Engage in exciting, diverse projects—from smart meter rollouts and real-time grid analytics to flexibility markets and digital customer platforms—where you can take ownership early and learn fast.

  • Access cutting-edge training in digital technologies and methodologies via DXC University, vendor certification programmes (Azure, TOGAF) and industry conferences.

  • A clear career growth path—from Junior Architect to Solutions Architect, Principal Architect, or Practice Lead—across industries and international environments.

  • Enjoy a competitive salary package with bonus, mobility budget or company car, meal vouchers, hospitalisation insurance, pension plan, and attention to personal work-life balance.

At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success. Our work model prioritizes in-person collaboration while offering flexibility to support wellbeing, productivity, individual work styles, and life circumstances. We’re committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
