JAVA & Hadoop Developer
•Metrics generation/presentation using latest reporting tools
•Design/Develop data modules that convert underlying raw data to more readily usable formats for reporting, data mining etc.
•Help in enabling real-time analytics using latest big data technologies
•Perform data deep dives to pinpoint problems.
Qualifications
•A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•Four or more years of relevant experience.
•Experience with Data Warehousing Technologies
•Skills Needed on reporting front: •Design/Develop Olap modules(Cubes)
•Experience in reporting tools like Tableau
•Skills Needed on Data handling front: •Strong SQL Skills
•Exposure to Teradata & its tools
•Skills Needed on Big Data (Hadoop) front: •Working experience with Hive, Pig, MapReduce, Hbase
•Working knowledge in Kafka/Storm data pipelines
•Experience with NoSQL Database
•Development experience in Java/Python/ Ruby or Scala.
