As a Software Product Engineer at our organization, you will lead the planning, design, development, and implementation of software products and platforms that drive digital transformation. In this position, you will provide scalable and secure software solutions to clients across various industries, contributing to improved business value and customer experience. As part of the Software Product Engineering Growth Platform, you will also be responsible for driving strategic projects in embedded software, digital platforms, and industrial software. At the senior level, you will be actively involved not only in technical leadership but also in building customer relationships, project management, team development, and generating new business opportunities.

Main duties
Software design and development
- Design and development of software products using modern architecture
- Building microservice architectures and cloud-native applications
- Promoting high-quality development processes using DevSecOps and CI/CD
- Leading technical design reviews and code reviews
Product Management and Customer Support
- Requirements definition and specification development in collaboration with product owners and customers.
- Designing solutions that translate business requirements into technical requirements.

System Integration and Quality Assurance
- System integration design and API development

Required
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Software development experience: 7-15 years or more
- Development experience with Java, Spring Boot, React, or Angular.
- Experience in designing REST APIs and microservice architectures.
- Experience using one of the following cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience in building CI/CD systems using Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, etc.
- Practical experience in agile development (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
- Communication skills in Japanese (business level or higher) and English.
