This role is more than just coding. As a full stack developer at EverWatch, you’ll use your passion to master new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You’ll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You’ll make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

You Have: 

• Experience in software engineering developing complex software systems
• Experience developing software using Java

• Experience developing applications using Spring Boot
• Experience working in a Linux operating system environment
• Experience developing or consuming web services and APIs
• Experience working with SQL databases and developing database queries
• Experience using Git or similar source code management tools
• Experience working with container technologies such as Docker

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph 

• HS Diploma or GED and 18+ years of experience in software engineering or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and 14+ years of experience in software engineering

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience developing frontend applications using JavaScript and ReactJS
• Experience with Apache Kafka and Apache NiFi
• Experience using Docker Compose and Maven
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian products
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues
• Experience leading software development teams
• Experience integrating software into new or existing systems
• Experience writing and maintaining software and system documentation
• Experience designing and implementing software algorithms to meet performance and functional requirements

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.    

Compensation at EverWatch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96.16 to $108.18 per hour.  The estimate displayed represents the typical compensation range for this position and is just one component of EverWatch’s total compensation package for employees.
