The Integrated Solutions Desk (ISD) supports complex customer solutions utilizing a customizable management platform centered on Microsoft System Center. We are looking for an engineer with significant System Center experience in both deployment and operational support of an enterprise SC environment.
Additionally, this function will contribute to the on-going service improvement efforts of the ISD by identifying and establishing new processes and solutions for improved efficiencies and capabilities for the ISD.
