We are seeking a Software Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will solve complex challenges through elegant, efficient code. You’ll design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions that support our mission of advancing technology for meaningful outcomes. You’ll work in a dynamic environment where creativity, technical rigor, and problem-solving are valued.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, and product managers
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices
- Contribute to architecture discussions and system design decisions
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Stay up to date on emerging technologies and help drive innovation within the team
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/or Engineering
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript
- Experience with software development frameworks and version control (e.g., Git)
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred:
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, APIs, or embedded systems
