QualificationsRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 15 years of engineering experience
- Minimum 10 years of aerospace industry experience
- Minimum 5 years of FPGA, ASIC, and/or embedded software development experience for aerospace applications
- Experience reviewing and assessing airborne software and electronic hardware designs
- Experience reviewing certification plans and compliance documentation
- Experience conducting technical and process audits at supplier facilities
- Experience evaluating software and hardware test results and compliance status
- Experience resolving safety, compliance, and technical issues with suppliers and stakeholders
- Experience preparing and reviewing design compliance reports
- Experience participating in system design reviews
- Experience mentoring junior engineers
