At Random Studio, we create brand and service experiences that trigger a sense of wonder. Our work comes to life in the space where the digital meets the physical. As a studio, we value new ideas, new insight, new ways of seeing the world — and we're currently looking for a Social Media Intern to join us in our Amsterdam office.

This is a paid internship in Amsterdam for a minimum of 6 months, a minimum of 4 days a week starting in June 2026.

We are looking for

• Someone who has relevant education in design/content creation/journalism.
• Someone with graphic design skills and an eye for art direction.
• Someone who has the ability to quickly pick up our tone of voice.

Opportunity

Random is a studio with high freedom and low control, so we value those with an experimental and independent spirit. We are looking for someone who feels comfortable working in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Create original content for our Social Media channels.
• Help grow our social media presence through creative and strategic posts.
• Support the Communications Manager in planning and executing social media campaigns.
• Track and analyse social media metrics to optimize future posts.

Who you are

• An excellent visual communicator, passionate about storytelling.
• A confident and proactive individual, comfortable both working independently and in groups.
• Up-to-date on (spatial) design trends, photography, sustainability, and the fashion industry.
• Social media savvy, with insights into best practices and how to leverage analytics.
• Comfortable using design tools such as Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects are a plus.
• Copywriting skills in English are a plus.
