WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news).
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and business development to ensure brand consistency.
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout).
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
- Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities, and respond to comments and messages on time.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong writing, graphic design, and video production skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, SEO, Google Analytics, and content creation software
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
