About The Role:
As a Social Media Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with our consumers and creators, ensuring seamless execution of our social media and content strategies. Directly supporting the Director of Social Media, this role is a perfect blend of creativity, strategy, and execution, designed for an individual who thrives in both fostering online communities and amplifying our brand's voice across digital platforms.
This dynamic position is ideal for a proactive, creative individual with a deep understanding of social media dynamics, a passion for the creator space, and a determination to see projects through. If you're passionate about building online communities, crafting compelling content, and managing a diverse set of tasks that will keep you on your toes daily, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engage directly with our community across multiple platforms (TikTok, IG, X, etc), fostering a welcoming and attentive online space, while ensuring alignment with Feastables' business strategy and the MrBeast brand
- Provide support to the Director of Social Media, assisting with administrative tasks, project management, and strategic initiatives to optimize social media operations
- Monitor social media trends and audience preferences to adapt and refine our strategies, keeping Feastables at the forefront of digital engagement
- Analyze performance metrics to understand the impact of our social media efforts, using insights to drive future content and engagement strategies.
- Assist internal and external partners in a wide range of ad hoc tasks, duties and responsibilities
- Ensure effective collaboration, track engagement, and streamline communication between Feastables and our creator community
Recipe For Success:
- Proven experience in social media management, with a track record of growing and engaging online communities
- A creative mindset, capable of generating innovative ideas for content that engages and entertains our audience
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for continuous improvement
- A collaborative spirit, eager to work within a team environment to achieve common goals and bring creative visions to life
- Passion for the latest trends in social media and the creator space
- Located in Greenville, NC to ensure best possible collaboration with the Mr. Beast brand
