Salesfinity, a tech startup based out of San Francisco, is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking a highly motivated, experienced and entrepreneurial Account Executive to join our dynamic team. As an AI platform revolutionising outbound B2B sales, Salesfinity empowers sales teams to achieve exceptional results and redefine customer acquisition through boosting meaningful phone conversations.

Responsibilities and expectations:

As an Account Executive, you will work closely with the founding team, including the Co-Founder & CRO. You will take ownership of the full sales cycle, including prospecting, champion building, multi-threading, managing pilots, negotiating, and closing deals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in a CLOSING role, selling B2B SaaS (please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement).

  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue quota (net new business, both outbound and inbound)

  • Self-starter, proactive, consultative, coachable, and creative in prospecting & relationship-building.

  • Significant cold-calling experience: loves it and is passionate about providing thought leadership on outbound sales

Nice To Have

  • Familiarity with sales tech stacks & CRMs, such as Hubspot, Outreach & Apollo

  • Experience selling to B2B sales functions & sales leaders

  • Track record of success in an early & fast-growing startup

  • Experience with MEDDPICC

  • Previously a top-performing SDR

  • Big social presence (especially on LinkedIn)
