The Opportunity

Qurate Retail Group has an amazing opportunity for a Senior UX Designer, reporting into the Senior Manager of Product Design, who will oversee the design, innovation and interpretation of multiple design projects that cross over categories and platforms. Working with UX and Product Managers, you will interpret business strategy and creative direction intelligently.

Your Impact

This global role requires product design experience and expertise. You will help create Interactive Design standards, governing asset creation and usage. Additionally, you will provide design direction and visioning for the best user experience while collaborating with the UX team and develop design solutions for web, mobile, TV apps and native apps including iOS/Android.

What you'll do

• The invention of imaginative and visually appealing designs of originality from concept to execution following QVC's Brand image and style standards. Support in maintaining/documenting interactive design standards products include design thinking/visioning for TV, web, and native applications (new features and optimizations/redesigns), daily campaigns, and several forms of design deliverables (interactive components, page layouts, logos, icons, etc.).
• Testing, Design assigned product discoveries by gathering related information and brainstorm/sketch/storyboard & prototype ideas with UX, partners, Product Managers, and Engineers.
• Present designs to business stakeholders, managers, and Technology partners.
• Participate in planning sessions detailing product goals, timetables, and targeted audience.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
• 5+ years of experience in Product, UX, HCI, Graphic or Web Design
• OTT, Video, Streaming Service UX Experience
• You will have experience in an Agile work setting (scrum, sprint cycles, etc.)
• You can prototype with InVision, Framer, or Principle
• You will know the ins/outs of Sketch religiously
• You will have experience in Adobe Suite: Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign
• You will have knowledge of Bootstrap or basic responsive framework
• You will embrace Mobile First and Lean UX Design Iteration
• You must promote Accessibility and Compliance
• You will have experience with Design Studio Facilitation and Rapid Prototyping
• Usertesting.com knowledge moderated / unmoderated -OR be comfortable to learn
• You will be experienced in an Agile work setting (scrum, sprint cycles, etc.)
