Role Overview

Molaprise is seeking a Senior Technology Buinsess Manager to lead and grow our Technology Consulting, App Dev & Systems Integration practice across Ghana, Nigeria, and offshore delivery hubs.

This role combines hands-on consulting leadership, solution delivery, and team management, supporting enterprise clients across finance, energy, healthcare, and the public sector.

You will play a key role in delivering cloud, AI, and systems integration solutions, while building and mentoring a high-performing regional delivery team aligned with global standards.

This is a senior execution-focused leadership role, not a purely strategic or P&L executive position.

Key Responsibilities

Consulting & Practice Delivery Leadership

Lead end-to-end delivery of technology consulting and systems integration projects.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions across cloud, AI, and enterprise systems.

Support solution architecture and delivery planning for client engagements.

Ensure successful execution of modernization, integration, and automation initiatives.

Client Delivery & Solution Execution

Work closely with U.S. and regional stakeholders to deliver enterprise client solutions.

Support pre-sales activities including RFP responses, solution design, and technical proposals.

Collaborate with partners (Google, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) on solution delivery and implementation.

Ensure delivery quality, timelines, and client satisfaction across projects.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

Build, manage, and mentor consulting, engineering, and delivery teams across Africa.

Drive hiring, onboarding, and capability development for regional talent.

Establish delivery standards, best practices, and execution frameworks.

Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative team culture.

Offshore Delivery & Operations

Manage offshore engineering and consulting teams supporting U.S.-based clients.

Ensure alignment between Africa delivery teams and global project requirements.

Oversee workload distribution, project execution, and delivery tracking.

Identify and resolve delivery risks proactively.

Market & Practice Development Support

Contribute to practice growth by supporting business development and client expansion initiatives.

Provide insights into regional market opportunities and industry trends.

Support development of repeatable solutions and service offerings across industries.

Assist in strengthening Molaprise’s presence across Africa.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).

8+ years of experience in technology consulting, systems integration, Application development or software product delivery roles.

Strong experience in cloud platforms enterprise systems, AI, or DevOps.

Proven experience leading technical teams or delivery units in consulting or enterprise environments.

Experience delivering client-facing technology projects from design to implementation.

Strong communication skills with ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Experience working in fast-paced, multi-project environments.

Familiarity with offshore or distributed delivery models is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on digital transformation projects in finance, public sector, energy, or healthcare.

Exposure to systems integration, cloud migration, or AI-enabled platforms.

Familiarity with consulting or professional services environments.

Experience collaborating with global clients or U.S.-based delivery teams.
