At the start of a new project, the chosen test tools are to be integrated into the customer's environment. It can get very challenging connecting various applications and technologies with each other. During this phase, there are a lot of requirements which need to be met under time pressure.  In the mature phase of projects, the number of technical requests and the workload decrease significantly. However, the ad-hoc tasks still require creative solution approaches and good collaboration with the project team and the customer.  Technical support for a project is usually not a full-time engagement, which gives the possibility to manage multiple clients in parallel and quickly build many customer relationships.

• Integrate Tricentis Tosca and other tools into the customer’s IT environment (mostly C#, Java, Java Script)
• Skillfully enhance the functionality of Tricentis Tosca and other tools to meet the customer’s expectations (mostly C#, Java, Java Script)
• Upgrade and maintain test environments
• Support our clients and prospects with expertise about different technical related questions
• Support our sales force in all technical/tool related matters
• Provide technical POC's to clients and interested parties on our solutions
• Collaborate with teams in Austria, Switzerland, Serbia and Germany
• Potentially develop automated test cases, report to the testing principals, develop and maintain large frameworks
• Represent the company and our solutions with passion and enthusiasm

• Solid education in software engineering (academic degree) or relevant work experience
• 4-6 years of experience in professional software development (Java or C# preferred)
• Excellent programming skills in C#, Java, Python and/or other programming languages 
• Test and/or test automation experience and developing Visual Basic are a plus
• Expert know-how with TOSCA TestSuite and its technical controls (including customizations)
• Excellent knowledge of the software test processes • Experience with software architecture/large IT environments
• Working knowledge of design patterns
• Willing to work in an agile environment (Scrum) and having an agile engineering mindset
• Strong written and verbal communications skills in English and German

*Valid Work Permit / Work Permit Eligible

The salary payment for a full-time equivalent amounts to the minimum basic salary of at least EUR 3.392 gross, according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement - "Kollektivvertrag". (Overpayment is possible with the right qualifications.) The position is full time and anticipated to be 38,5 hours per week.
