Sr Technical Product Manager - Fusion
The primary responsibility of this position is to manage product strategy and overall direction for an enterprise-wide data platform. This Platform Product Manager leads cross-functionally within the organization to manage the platform.
Fusion is focused toward B2B solutions which enable our customers to derive value provided by GHX product offerings. This is a leadership role managing the “Integration Suite offering” of our business.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for evangelizing, conducting training and demos on how the solutions produced by the Fusion team function and need to be adopted.
- You will investigate integrations capabilities for different ERPs, MMIS systems and collaborate with our ERP business partners in developing certified solutions which can then be adopted by our mutual customers.
- Drive the Fusion vision and roadmap through release plans and product delivery by leading the day-to-day execution on the Fusion Platform roadmap within GHX, working with development, operations, Solution Delivery, Support, and other cross-functional teams to achieve success for portfolio products.
- Collaborate with the broader technical product management team for the Fusion team to execute the vision and roadmap for Fusion, taking the lead in breaking down the roadmap into releases, epics, and user stories.
- Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams to translate the roadmap and requirements into releases with defined scope and levels of effort.
- Act as subject matter expert for ERP integrations, interfacing with stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate knowledge, and resolve issues.
- Monitor and analyze internal measurements to determine how the solutions impact the company operations, looking for areas which might impact product success.
- Create and deliver persuasive communications to various audiences, appropriately tailoring materials to the audience.
- Partner with customers and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, gather voice of customer feedback, ensure their delight.
- Manage the project backlog, grooming stories and establishing priorities.
- Liaison with customer, operations, customer success teams to set expectations regarding product capabilities and delivery timelines.
- Manage releases to ensure successful product introduction, coordinating milestones across teams.
- Work with development, support, and customer operations to monitor product performance and proactively identify opportunities for product improvements.
- Identify risks, issues, and problems, proposing mitigation plans to overcome obstacles.

Required Education, Certifications, and Experience:
- 5+ years of prior experience with highly technical products, preferably with background in B2B integrations.
- 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Experience communicating technical solutions to both internal and external audiences.
- Excellent leadership skills; ability to be self-directed with strong initiative.
- Prior management and leadership experience, either leading dedicated teams or direct reports or being associated with a development team as a Technical Product Manager or Product Manager.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Healthcare Supply Chain.
- Certifications in relevant product management and Agile development methodologies.
- Exposure to development; even in limited capacity is highly desirable.
- Experience in System integration/ B2B integrations / SCM / MMIS / ERP development or integration is a plus.
- Exposure to alignment tools is a plus. I.e. – workboard, etc.
- Exposure to Project management tools is a plus. I.e. – Aha, Microsoft Project, etc.
- Exposure to estimation and projection tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with Webservices, Monitoring, Alerting tools, web applications, client server applications and network protocols is a plus.
Estimated salary range: $109,700 - $146,200
The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX’s total compensation package for employees.
