What you’ll do:
- Prepare individual, business, and fiduciary tax returns in accordance with firm and professional standards, and assist with tax planning and projections.
- Perform and review tax research to support client engagements and tax-related needs.
- Provide timely and professional communication with clients and engagement leaders regarding tax matters, open items, planning needs, and other client requests.
- Review work prepared by less experienced staff and support their development through mentoring, training, retention, and team-building activities.
- Contribute to a positive firm culture through collaboration, community involvement, and building relationships with community leaders and members.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, with CPA or CPA eligibility
- Two to four years of experience in public accounting preferred
- Exceptional communication and strong multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work extended hours as necessary
