Job Description

As a Senior System Analyst, you will play a vital role in our dynamic and multicultural team, providing essential technical assistance to team members across various platforms, including Windows and Mac environments. Your primary responsibilities will involve setting up computers, configuring software, managing email systems, and offering comprehensive support to ensure seamless operations within our tech company. This position offers the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of technologies and collaborate closely with colleagues in a fast-paced environment. 

What will I be doing? 

Application Solution Development: 

• Collaborate with internal team members to thoroughly understand application enhancement needs. 

• Research and devise optimal solutions to address business requirements, ensuring alignment with core enterprise systems. 

Data Integration and Platform Development: 

• Execute data integrations between systems using application-specific import tools and the enterprise integration platform, Workato. 

• Implement automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks, optimize workflows, and empower employees to focus on higher-value activities, contributing to overall productivity gains. 

Technical Support and Troubleshooting: 

• Provide expert-level tier 2 and 3 technical support, encompassing software installations, upgrades, configuration, and administration. 

• Offer application support and guidance to internal system users, actively resolving technical issues. 

Cybersecurity and Access Management: 

• Contribute to maintaining cybersecurity certificates by conducting user access reviews and configuring security awareness training tools. 

• Review and respond promptly to system alerts, ensuring a proactive approach to cybersecurity measures. 

Documentation and Training: 

• Create comprehensive documentation for all processes, ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing. 

• Conduct training sessions as necessary to equip team members with the required skills and knowledge. 

Problem Management and Resolution: 

• Execute problem management activities, systematically identifying and addressing root causes of issues. 

• Collaborate with relevant groups to implement effective resolutions and prevent recurring problems. 

Qualifications

What expertise do I need? 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience 

• Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions 

• Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems 

• Experience with supporting Microsoft technologies such as O365 and Azure 

• Prior experience supporting back-office applications such as a Financial ERP system 

• Knowledge of software development tools and processes 

• Knowledge of databases and integrations using API’s 

What about languages? 

Excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication is a must! 

How much experience must I have? 

We're looking for someone with 5+ years working with information technologies and systems analysis
