Team Quality Services (TQS) is looking for a Senior Staff Accountant to join our team and support the financial operations of our growing, multi-entity organization.
This isn't just a traditional staff accounting role. You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple entities and international operations while gaining experience in areas like financial consolidation, foreign currency accounting, reporting, and process improvement.

What You'll Do
In this role, you'll work closely with our finance team to keep our financial reporting accurate, timely, and reliable. Your work will include:
- Supporting monthly and annual close activities across multiple entities.
- Preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Assisting with consolidated financial statements, management reporting, and variance analysis.
- Managing intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
- Supporting foreign currency transactions and international accounting activities.
- Assisting with audits, tax compliance, and other financial reporting requirements.
- Partnering with internal teams and external accounting and tax professionals.
- Identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting, controls, and workflows.
You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to projects that improve how our finance team operates as TQS continues to grow.
What You Can Expect
Location: Auburn, Indiana
Work Arrangement: On-Site
Schedule: Full-time, primarily during regular business hours
Travel: Limited travel in this role, travel primarily limited to professional development events.
Like many accounting roles, there may be times when additional hours are needed to support month-end or year-end close, audits, projects, or other key deadlines. Any travel or after-hours expectations will be communicated as clearly and proactively as possible.

Requirements
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone with:
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience managing reconciliations, deadlines, and multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across teams.
Experience with multi-entity accounting, international operations, financial consolidations, foreign currencies, or Sage is a plus. CPA or equivalent certification is also preferred but not required.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment
- Valid driver's license
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a passport for required international travel or training
- CPA or equivalent certification
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and exposure to IFRS or other international standards
- Experience with multi-entity and international operations
- Advanced proficiency in Sage accounting software
- Experience with multi-currency transactions, consolidations, transfer pricing, international tax, and compliance requirements
