About the Role
Healthtek Solutions is expanding its technology organization to support a rapidly growing portfolio of software platforms across multiple business lines. We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to take a leading role in building scalable, mission‑critical applications across our .NET, SQL Server, and Angular ecosystem, with heavy use of Azure Functions for ETL, automation, and data workflows.
You will work closely with product, data, and RPA teams to deliver systems that directly support healthcare businesses dealing with claims processing, RCM operations, transportation services, provider analytics, and automation across the enterprise.

What You’ll Do
Application & Platform Development
- Design, implement, and maintain backend services using C# (.NET) and SQL Server.
- Build intuitive, high‑performance UIs using Angular and modern front‑end tooling.
- Work on distributed systems deployed on Azure, with emphasis on serverless architectures.
Azure & ETL Engineering
- Develop and maintain data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Azure Functions, Queue Storage, Service Bus, and Event Grid.
- Design reliable, observable ETLs supporting both operational systems and analytics workflows.
Architecture & Scalability
- Lead architecture discussions across multiple business‑critical platforms.
- Design systems that scale across multiple companies and business lines.
- Drive high‑quality engineering practices (testing, CI/CD, observability, infrastructure-as-code).
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner with product managers, data scientists, RPA engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Operational Excellence
- Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, and incident response rotations.
- Ensure systems meet high standards of reliability, security, and performance.
What You Bring
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience.
- Expertise with C#, Typescript, SQL Server, Angular.
- Strong Azure experience (Azure Functions, API Management, Queue Storage / Service Bus, Azure SQL Database, Entra).
- Experience with ETL or event-driven workflows.
- Ability to design scalable architectures.
- Strong debugging skills.
Preferred Skills
