Detailed Job Description
About the Role
We're looking for a
T-shaped engineer who can move fluidly across web and mobile platforms while
operating within a modern, AI-augmented software development lifecycle.
You'll build and ship production-grade applications using React and React
Native, while leveraging AI tooling to accelerate design, development,
testing, and deployment. Experience in telco environments is a strong plus,
given the scale and regulatory nuances of that industry.
Key
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web
and mobile applications using React and React Native
- Apply AI-enabled SDLC practices across the full development lifecycle — from requirements and design
(AI-assisted specs, user stories) to coding (AI
pair-programming/copilots), testing (AI-generated test cases, automated
QA), code review, and deployment (AI-assisted CI/CD, monitoring, and
incident triage)
- Collaborate with product, design,
and QA teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Own features end-to-end:
architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-release
monitoring
- Champion best practices for code
quality, performance, accessibility, and security across platforms
- Evaluate and integrate AI
tools/agents (e.g., code generation, automated testing, documentation
generation) to improve engineering velocity and quality
- Mentor junior engineers on both
technical delivery and AI-assisted workflows
- Participate in architectural
decisions balancing web/mobile code reuse, performance, and
maintainability
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline
improvements, including AI-driven build/test optimization
Skills Required

- Professional experience using AI coding assistants or copilots
- Experience with state management, REST or GraphQL API integration, and web/mobile performance optimization
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing frameworks
- Understanding of software architecture patterns and scalable system design
