Drive the technical evolution of our frontend ecosystem while overseeing a diverse portfolio of web and mobile applications built on shared foundations. - Bridge Data & Automation
Build user experiences that combine data visualization, workflow configuration, and automation capabilities, enabling customers to solve a wide range of operational and business challenges. - Master Data-Rich Applications
Develop highly interactive user interfaces and efficient frontend architectures capable of processing and visualizing large volumes of data without compromising performance. - Build for Extensibility
Design and evolve scalable frontend architectures, ensuring multiple products and applications can seamlessly build on shared foundations while reusing common components and capabilities. - Performance First
Ensure our applications remain responsive as we process vast amounts of data in the UI, tackling bottlenecks in rendering and data handling across both desktop and mobile contexts. - Bridge the Stack
Collaborate closely with backend developers to design APIs that support high-performance frontend requirements.
- Frontend Mastery
Deep experience building complex Single Page Applications (SPAs) with modern frontend technologies such as Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS. - Data-Driven UI Development
Strong experience building complex, interactive, or data-rich user interfaces with a focus on performance and usability. - Platform & Architecture Thinking
Ability to design scalable UI systems that serve multiple applications and teams. Experience with micro-frontend architectures is a strong plus. - UI & Visual Design Awareness
A strong eye for visual details and user experience. Comfortable making design decisions, improving usability, and delivering a consistent, high-quality user experience. - Quality & Design Systems
A quality-first mindset with hands-on experience in unit and integration testing as well as maintaining shared UI component libraries. - Delivery Excellence
Comfortable owning the full frontend delivery lifecycle, including testing, performance optimisation, build tooling, CI/CD, and modern deployment practices. - Fullstack Mindset

Skills Required
