About the Role:
YFS is looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our growing Commercial Team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, developing strong client relationships, and supporting the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales (preferably in a senior or B2B role)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results
- Good understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
