Job Title: Senior Reporting and Analytics Analyst/Business Analyst IV
Job Description:
Write advanced queries and manipulate large amounts of data to create end to end comprehensive financial analysis on inbound and outbound domestic and global roaming traffic.
- Gather specific requirements and research criteria
- Identify the proper data fields and sources
- Write complex queries, using SQL, with the proper criteria, raw data, and applying conditions
- Rationalize results, compare to previous trends, draw conclusions, make recommendations based upon analysis
- Create comprehensive and level appropriate write-up of analysis
- Troubleshoot queries of other team members or departments
- 3+ years Advanced SQL coding (Teradata preferred) required
- 3-5 years experience with reporting and analysis required
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite required
- Strong knowledge of the Data Warehouse required
- Knowledge of Tableau Data preferred but not required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management skills
- Proven project management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments within VZW
- Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail
