QA expertise
* 5+ years of professional experience in Software QA
* Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and shift-left testing practices
* Solid knowledge of functional, regression, smoke, integration, E2E, exploratory, UAT, compatibility, usability, and localization testing
* Experience with test design techniques such as boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, decision tables, state transitions, pairwise testing, and scenario-based testing
* Experience working with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
* Strong experience testing complex permission models and RBAC scenarios
* Experience with workflow-heavy products, such as approval processes, deadlines, or publishing rules
* Strong root-cause analysis skills using browser DevTools, network requests, console logs, local storage, REST and GraphQL payloads
Microsoft 365
* Hands-on experience testing applications integrated with Microsoft 365, such as SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, or Entra ID
Mobile & API testing
* Proven experience testing mobile applications on iOS and Android
* Understanding of mobile-specific risks such as device and OS fragmentation, permissions, network connectivity, push notifications, deep links, and app updates
