Role Summary
The Senior Project Manager will serve as a client-facing leader responsible for managing projects across oil & gas facility operations, emissions compliance, engineering coordination, and operational improvement initiatives. This role requires strong project management discipline, commercial knowledge, operational understanding, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced consulting environment.
The ideal candidate combines practical industry experience with strong communication and relationship management skills. While technical fluency is important, this is not strictly an engineering design role. Success comes from the ability to lead projects, manage client expectations, coordinate technical teams, and drive execution from concept through implementation.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates proactively, and can build alignment across clients, field teams, engineering groups, and company leadership.
