REQUIREMENTS
At least five years of proven professional experience as a Senior Project Manager in complex digital, web, portal, or CMS projects.
At least three years of practical experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
Proven experience in change management and supporting organizational transformation initiatives.
Experience managing agile, traditional, and hybrid project delivery models.
Solid practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or comparable agile methodologies.
Experience with sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, backlog management, and agile reporting formats.

Very good English language skills for collaboration with international project teams.
Reliable availability during the agreed CET/CEST core working hours.
Willingness and confirmed availability for approximately ten on-site meetings with the client in Magdeburg during the project duration.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall responsibility for operational project management and coordination of all involved project teams.
Central point of contact for the customer/client.
Creation and maintenance of the project management plan, milestone plan, and communication plan.
Management of scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and dependencies.
Establishment and continuous maintenance of the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
Coordination of collaboration between the client, business departments, UX/UI, business analysis, development, quality assurance, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
Preparation and facilitation of sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
Ensuring transparent and iterative project progress.
Conducting daily internal status alignment meetings.
Preparation of a weekly written status report.
Preparation and facilitation of status meetings, steering committee meetings, and escalation meetings.
Stakeholder, risk, change, issue, and escalation management.
Management of requirements, decision-making, acceptance, and release processes.
Coordination of quality assurance, user acceptance testing (UAT), approvals, go-live, and hypercare activities.
Supporting the organization in introducing new processes, systems, and ways of working.
Ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, data protection, and security requirements.
Participation in required on-site meetings in Magdeburg.
