The Senior Program Scheduler (EMEA) plays a key role in strengthening schedule performance across EdgeConneX’s regional data center delivery portfolio. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams and strategic partners, this role helps improve schedule quality, resilience, and consistency across projects while supporting on-time execution. - Partner with Engineering, PMO, customers, and strategic partners to clarify requirements, align schedule expectations, and represent EdgeConneX on schedule matters.
- Monitor scope changes, emerging risks, schedule conflicts, and portfolio-level constraints; escalate issues and support mitigation, contingency, and re-sequencing plans.
- Prepare and deliver recurring and ad hoc schedule updates, progress reports, and risk summaries for customers, lenders, internal management, and project teams.
- Track deployment progress through schedule reviews, contractor engagement, site observations, and other project data to validate status and identify delays early.
- Improve schedule resilience with project partners by applying sound scheduling practices, strengthening execution plans, and implementing lessons learned across the regional portfolio.
- Perform schedule analysis, including critical path, variance, baseline deviation, and schedule risk analysis, and recommend actions to protect project and program outcomes.
