What You’ll Achieve
The Project Coordinator / Program Engineer is a key member of the PMO, responsible for ensuring disciplined program execution and transparency across a multi–Task Order software-development IDIQ. This role owns management CDRLs, program data integrity, PMO portal dashboards, risk/issue/action tracking, IDIQ schedule visibility, and supports stakeholder communication and process/tool improvement to enable efficient, high‑quality delivery. In this role, you will:
Program Data, Analysis, and Reporting
Collect, validate, and analyze program data across all task orders (schedule, cost, risks, issues, staffing, quality metrics).
Produce regular internal reports and dashboards for the PMO and program leadership that:
Highlight status against key milestones and deliverables.
Surface trends, risks, and variances.
Support ad‑hoc data calls (internal and customer) with accurate, timely information.
CDRL Creation, Maintenance, and Compliance
Maintain the master inventory of all CDRLs for the IDIQ and each task order (formats, due dates, owners, approval workflows).
Draft or coordinate creation of CDRLs in accordance with contract requirements and customer templates/standards.
Track CDRL status end‑to‑end:
Assignment to owners.
Development, review, and approval.
On‑time submission to the customer.
Monitor quality and completeness of CDRLs; ensure they align with contractual expectations and program messaging.
Maintain historical CDRL records and version control for auditability and reuse.
PMO Portal Dashboard Ownership
Own the design, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of the PMO portal/dashboard (e.g., SharePoint, Power BI, or similar).
Consolidate data from multiple sources (schedules, finance, risks, quality, staffing) into a clear, consumable dashboard for:
PMO leadership.
Program managers and task order leads.
Technical and quality leads.
Ensure the dashboard provides:
Near‑real‑time visibility into program health.
Drill‑downs by task order, release, or capability where feasible.
Partner with PMO stakeholders to refine dashboard content, visuals, and filters so they support decision‑making and early risk detection.
Maintain access controls, data refresh processes, and documentation for the portal.
Risk, Issue, and Action Item Coordination
Help maintain the program risk/issue/action register:
Log new risks/issues from meetings and reviews.
Track mitigation actions, owners, and due dates.
Provide regular status updates on items that may affect schedule, quality, or contractual deliverables.
Support preparation of risk and issue narratives for program reviews and customer meetings.
Schedule and Deliverable Tracking Support
Support creation and maintenance of integrated program schedules and deliverable trackers.
Monitor key milestones and dependencies; flag slippage or risk to the Program Manager/Deputy PM.
Ensure deliverable and CDRL calendars are aligned with the master schedule and communicated to responsible owners.
Meeting Support and Stakeholder Communication
Support PMO and program‑level meetings by:
Preparing agendas, decks, dashboards, and data views.
Capturing minutes, decisions, and action items.
Ensure follow‑through on actions by tracking owners and due dates and updating the PMO dashboard accordingly.
Help standardize reporting templates and communication formats used across task orders.
Process and Tool Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline data collection, reporting, and CDRL workflows (e.g., automation, standard templates, improved processes).
Partner with technical, quality, and agile leads to align tooling (e.g., Jira/Confluence, SharePoint, BI tools) with reporting needs.
Document and maintain “how‑to” guidance for PMO tools and dashboards to support consistency and onboarding.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
TS/SCI with Polygraph
3+ years of experience in a fast‑paced Agile development environment
8+ years of experience in project coordination, program analysis, or engineering support within a PMO or multi project environment; government/IDIQ experience preferred.

Risk/issue management practices.
Proficiency with collaboration and reporting tools (e.g., SharePoint, Excel, Power BI or similar dashboards; Jira/Azure DevOps or other Agile tools is a plus).
Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to handle multiple concurrent priorities.
