The Role:
This role owns Sav’s Cards and Subscriptions ecosystem - a foundational product that has been live since day one and is now entering its next phase of scale.
You will drive the evolution of how users manage, optimize, and control their recurring spends and card usage, building intelligent, insight-led experiences that improve financial outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of payments, subscriptions, and user behaviour, with a strong focus on scale, monetisation, and experience excellence.
What You Will Do:
Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Cards and Subscriptions
Scale existing product surfaces by improving reliability, depth, and user engagement
Identify and unlock new use cases across subscriptions, card controls, and spend management
Build intuitive experiences to help users track, manage, and optimise subscriptions
Develop features for subscription detection, renewal alerts, smart nudges, and cancellation flows
Enhance card management experiences including spend visibility, controls, and insights
Drive product-led growth through upsell, cross-sell, and subscription optimisation journeys
Identify monetisation levers across premium features, partnerships, and value-added services
Improve activation, retention, and engagement metrics for cards and subscription users
Work closely with engineering to scale card data pipelines, transaction enrichment, and subscription detection models
Collaborate with external partners (banks, networks, aggregators) to expand capabilities
Ensure high data accuracy, latency, and reliability across all user touchpoints
Partner with Compliance to ensure alignment with DFSA, CBUAE, and SAMA guidelines
Build user trust through transparent, compliant, and secure product experiences
Work cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Operations
Translate ambiguous problem statements into clear PRDs, experiments, and shipped features
Act as the voice of the customer, continuously feeding insights back into the product roadmap
RequirementsExperience and Qualifications:
4-7 years of experience in consumer products / fintech / payments
Strong understanding of cards ecosystem, recurring payments, and subscription models
Experience working with transaction data, categorisation, and behavioural insights
Ability to define scalable product systems and drive execution end-to-end
Strong analytical thinking with a bias toward shipping and iteration
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated startup environment
