Hands-on with AI-assisted “Vibe Coding” and rapid prototyping using tools such as Cursor, Claude, Antigravity and GitHub Copilot to validate product concepts, workflows and UI ideas while accelerating stakeholder alignment and product discovery.

Technical mission
  • Own the product strategy, roadmap and delivery of enterprise-grade digital products that solve complex business problems and deliver measurable customer and commercial value.
  • Translate customer needs, business objectives and market opportunities into clear product vision, functional capabilities and prioritized roadmaps, working closely with engineering, design, data, architecture and commercial teams to take products from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Leverage modern AI-assisted product development and “Vibe Coding” tools to rapidly prototype, validate and communicate product concepts before committing significant engineering capacity.
Key responsibilities
  • Own and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap, aligning product priorities with customer needs, business objectives and organizational strategy.
  • Understand customer problems, business processes and market needs through customer discovery, stakeholder engagement, research and data analysis.
  • Translate business and customer needs into product requirements, epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
  • Define and maintain a prioritized product backlog, balancing customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, strategic priorities, dependencies and delivery capacity.
  • Establish clear product priorities and sequencing, making data-driven trade-offs between competing requirements and opportunities.
  • Lead product discovery and solution-definition activities, working with UX/UI, Business Analysts, Engineering and Architecture teams to define effective solutions.
  • Create functional prototypes and proof-of-concepts using AI-assisted “Vibe Coding” tools, such as Cursor, Claude, Antigravity or similar platforms, to rapidly validate workflows, UI concepts and solution approaches.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools to translate functional requirements into interactive prototypes, iteratively refine concepts and demonstrate proposed functionality to business, customer and technical stakeholders.
  • Use prototypes as a product-discovery and communication mechanism to reduce ambiguity, validate assumptions and accelerate stakeholder alignment before development.
  • Define product KPIs, success metrics and measurable outcomes, and continuously assess product performance against those objectives.
  • Work closely with engineering teams throughout delivery to clarify requirements, resolve functional questions, manage scope and ensure the delivered product meets the intended business outcome.
  • Partner with frontend UX/UI developers to ensure product experiences are intuitive, scalable, accessible and aligned with user needs.
  • Collaborate with Architecture and Engineering teams to understand technical constraints, dependencies, scalability considerations and architectural implications of product decisions.
  • Lead product planning ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, release planning, backlog refinement, demos and retrospectives where applicable.
  • Define and manage MVP scope, release plans and product milestones, ensuring that incremental releases deliver meaningful customer value.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), product validation and release readiness, ensuring that features meet defined acceptance criteria and business objectives.
  • Manage product dependencies, risks, assumptions and cross-team impacts throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from customers, users, sales, implementation and support teams into the product roadmap.
  • Continuously evaluate market, customer and industry trends to identify new product opportunities, enhancements and competitive differentiation.
  • Guide and mentor Product Managers, Business Analysts or other product team members and contribute to product management standards and best practices.
Required technical capabilities
  • Minimum experience: 8+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis or a closely related product role, including significant experience owning enterprise digital products.
  • Strong experience owning products through the complete lifecycle, including discovery, strategy, requirements, prioritization, development, testing, launch, adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of core Product Management practices and artifacts, including Product Vision, Product Strategy, Roadmap, Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Backlogs, Release Plans and Product KPIs.
  • Strong experience with product prioritization and decision-making frameworks, balancing customer value, business impact, strategic alignment, effort, risk, dependencies and technical feasibility.
  • Ability to translate complex business problems into clear, actionable and testable product requirements.
  • Strong experience facilitating product discovery, requirements workshops, customer interviews and stakeholder alignment sessions.
  • Strong understanding of Agile product development, Scrum/Kanban practices, iterative delivery and continuous product discovery.
  • Strong stakeholder-management capabilities, with the ability to work effectively with executives, customers, business teams, engineering, architecture, UX/UI, data and QA teams.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, including the ability to define and interpret product metrics, KPIs, adoption data, user behavior and business outcomes.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts sufficiently to work effectively with engineering and architecture teams on APIs, integrations, data flows, system dependencies, scalability and technical constraints.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS and digital product development, including configurable products, integrations, security, scalability and operational considerations.
  • Ability to create functional prototypes and proof-of-concepts using AI-assisted “Vibe Coding” tools, including Cursor, Claude, Antigravity or similar platforms, to rapidly validate product concepts, business workflows and UI/UX approaches.
  • Familiarity with using AI-assisted development tools to translate functional requirements into interactive prototypes, iterate on solution designs and communicate proposed functionality effectively to business and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to distinguish between prototype-level AI-generated implementations and production-grade engineering, ensuring prototypes are used appropriately for discovery, validation and communication.

  • Experience using Cursor, Claude, Antigravity, GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools for rapid product prototyping and validation.
  • Experience creating clickable prototypes, functional mockups or working proof-of-concepts rather than relying exclusively on static wireframes or product documentation.
  • Experience with product analytics and experimentation, including A/B testing, feature adoption, funnel analysis and outcome measurement.
  • Experience working with API-first products, enterprise integrations and event-driven architectures.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles, design systems and prototyping tools.
