- Be a product owner on one of our main production lines
- Develop, implement, and monitor wafer fabrication processes, including operating metrology, lithography, vacuum, electroplating, and wet etch systems for MEMS product development and production
- Create process flows and design engineering solutions to optimize manufacturing processes
- Edit and maintain technical documentation and training materials
- Analyze process performance using observational data and measurements to improve efficiency, output, and safety
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure quality control and meet manufacturing objectives
- Collaborate with the VP of operations and Director of process control to ensure alignment on lot movement and manufacturing targets
- Masters degree in a relevant Engineering discipline - MSE, ECE, Chemical, Mechanical, NanoE (Ph.D. preferred)
- Hands-on experience in semiconductor fabrication, including metrology, lithography, etch, cleans, or thin films
- Proficient in data analysis with strong critical thinking skills
- Working knowledge of SPC for statistical process control and data analysis
- Attention to detail, teamwork, work ethic and communication skills
- Lean Six Sigma qualification (preferred)
- Knowledge of Labview or Python (preferred)
- Background in wafer level testing and yield analysis
- Must be a US Persons under ITAR (citizen, green card holder, refugee, or asylum seeker).
