About the Role
We are looking for Senior Consultant (Presales) who will deliver implementations, requirements gathering, system setup, and user training. This role will work closely with the Director of Service Delivery, while coordinating with project teams in the Philippines, Middle East, North America.

Responsibilities
Simultaneously work on 2-4 or more client projects/engagements and oversee 3-5 projects
Find new accounts, manage new and existing accounts, assess needs of new customers, build, test and implement NetSuite
Leading all phases of NetSuite implementation, including requirements gathering, documentation, buildout, validation/demos, testing, and user training
Responsible for updating project allocations, team capacity, and billable hours, as well as assigning activity trackers in Salesforce, & roles for new projects
Conduct training sessions/mentoring session with junior consultants
Develop expertise in company project delivery methodology and ensure its effective application
Gain proficiency in the NetSuite application, its capabilities, and industry-standard business practices
Identify non-standard business processes and recommend effective solutions
Assist clients in designing and implementing their enterprise architecture
Participate in the design, build, testing and support of integrations between clients' business systems
Resolve and provide innovative solutions to any NetSuite issues that clients may encounter
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). MBA is an asset.
6+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst in NetSuite implementation projects.
Experience with SaaS solutions, IT systems, software, or specific business models (e.g., distribution, manufacturing, construction, retail, media, and advertising).
At least 1-2 years of experience managing direct reports, with proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong working knowledge of NetSuite modules.
Experience designing complex solution in NetSuite
Proven ability to develop and maintain profitable, referenceable customer relationships.
Strategic thinking skills, with the ability to align client business pain points with solutions and implementation strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Adaptability to fast-paced environments and shifting priorities.
Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
Skills Required
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology
- Experience with an ERP platform, preferably Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft, or another ERP
- Industry experience in warehousing, manufacturing, media, or entertainment
- Strong English communication skills
- Fluency in Japanese
